- Denny Moyer, Executive Director, BS, COTA, SCLV, Bachelor of Science Health Care Administration, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Specialty Certification Low Vision. Mrs. Denny Moyer, is a founding member and current Executive Director of the Ensight Skills Center Inc, develops and oversees programs; marketing and fundraising to help people with low vision maintain and regain their independence. As an Occupational Therapy Practitioner with extensive education and experience in low vision, Denny has established her self as a professional in the low vision field. She also has a degree in Healthcare Administration and has a specialty certification in low vision. Denny serves on the board of directors and as a reviewer for the National Accreditation Council for Blind and Low Vision Services (NAC) and Vision Serve Alliance; is a liaison for the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA); and serves as a trustee on the Fort Collins Lions Foundation. On a daily basis, Denny practices many of the same techniques and skills she teaches at the Ensight Skills Center, and also uses many of the adaptive aids she sells to consumers. She is both an excellent teacher and role model for people with low vision. Denny lives a very active, independent, and productive life as the Director of a nonprofit, a volunteer, a mother, a grandmother and continues to be an active member of the community.
- Steve Norton, BS, Business Manager, is responsible for day-to-day business operations for all of Ensight’s office locations (Fort Collins, Greeley, Denver, and Lafayette satellite office). He has been in that position since June 2007.
After growing up in an Air Force family and living all over the world, he graduated from Colorado State University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in technical journalism. He then began a long career with the Federal government, working for the Fish and Wildlife Service and the Geological Survey as a technical writer and budget analyst. - Carolyn Smith, O.D., (Doctor of Optometry), Low Vision Physician
- Jennifer Everett, O.D., (Doctor of Optometry), Low Vision Physician
- Cori Layton, O.T.R., SCLV, Registered Occupational Therapist currently works as the Director of Rehabilitation at Ensight Skills Center for Visual Rehabilitation. She has worked as an occupational therapist for 24 years, nine of those years working exclusively with clients who have low vision. In her current role, she works actively with people in the office and their homes teaching strategies to help them remain safe and independent. She also supervises the rehabilitation department at Ensight. She received her Specialty Certification in Low Vision in 2011 from AOTA.
- Susan Fortney O.T.R., Registered Occupational Therapist, has been working as an occupational therapist since 2000 in a variety of settings with individuals ranging in age from 0 to 100. These settings include sub-acute and acute rehab, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities, early intervention and in the school system. In 2009, Susan received her low vision rehabilitation graduate certificate and in 2012 she completed her post professional Master of Science degree through the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has worked part time at Ensight Skills Center in Denver since November of 2009.

- Nancy Wood, Administrative Assistance/Teacher of the Visually Impaired
- Mary Clark, Medicare and Insurance Billing, joined the staff of Ensight Skills Center, Inc. in October 2008. Originally hired to handle insurance billing, she took on additional responsibilities upon the retirement of one of the Administrative Assistants. Mary’s current duties include Insurance and Medicare billing; Administrative management and purchasing for Curtis Strong Center, located in Greeley, CO; and Administrative support in the Fort Collins office. Her background includes working in the areas of home care, medical and veterinary fields in administrative roles.
- Melody Glinsman, Community Outreach Coordinator, joined the Ensight and Curtis Strong staff in January 2009. Since then she has been involved in marketing and outreach throughout the state of Colorado. This includes attending meetings, seminars, resource fairs, health fairs, conventions, and seminars. Melody has a Bachelors of Science from Colorado State University.

- Joseph Wheaton leads up our Assistive Technology program at Ensight Skills Center and has been in the AT field for over 14 years working with blind and low vision individuals. He was first introduced to the community through a blind gentleman who operated his own small business selling and integrating low vision and blindness products. Joseph would assist this guy part time with computer technology integration and repair of all low vision aids that his company sold to its clients. Today, Joseph now leads up an entire team of IT professionals through his company Techy Joe’s and they specialize in providing AT products and services to hundreds of individuals and businesses across the Rockies. He and his team hold several IT certifications and a variety of degrees with various backgrounds in the field of IT. However, their specialty is working with people that have vision loss and are in need of AT products and creative solutions for independence. Joseph and his team are able to assist in the areas of: sales, integration, training and support of AT products for home or business use and we are excited to have partnered with his team as they provide a wide array of AT services through Ensight.
